Departure from Mumbai for Baku by midnight flight. On arrival at Baku Airport, transfer to Guba city. Enroute enjoy the scenic views of Beshbarmag Mountain. Upon arrival in Guba, enjoy the city tour, including the ancient mosques, local bazaar, and the Carpet Weaving Center – where you can learn about traditional handmade carpets. After breakfast enjoy a full day of outdoor activities in the Shahdag Mountain Resort, the largest ski resort in Azerbaijan. Start the day with a tour of Icheri Sheher (Old City), a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you'll visit the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the iconic Maiden Tower. Morning visit the Ateshgah Fire Temple, a historical site that once served as a place of worship for Zoroastrians and Hindus. Proceed to visit Yanardag (Blazing Mountain), a natural gas fire that burns continuously on the hillside. After breakfast, check-out and visit to a bakery for a traditional Baklava tasting – an Azerbaijani sweet made with honey, nuts, and spices. Then head to Nizami Street and Fountains Square, two vibrant shopping and cultural hubs in Baku. Enjoy exploring the shops and local markets.
